Caprice in Galway, Ireland

A hidden gem of a brunch place in Galway, Ireland is Caprice. Roam through the Sunday market and turn a corner where you happen upon this gray and white building with a phenomenal breakfast treat inside! Enjoy a delicious breakfast while watching tourists and locals alike roam through the market just outside.

I chose to start my morning off with a tex mex hash with chili eggs and avocado. It was pan fried potato combined with spring onion, peppers, sriracha, black beans, and of course eggs. It was a delightful and slightly spicy way to start off a morning in beautiful Galway, Ireland.
