Taking a break from studying for finals, we escaped to NYC for a few days to catch our breath and hit up the Bryant Park Christmas Market. After hours of shopping, we felt the need to sit and have a relaxing meal. Previously hearing of ABC Kitchen, advertised as "a chic New American eatery", we thought we should go check it out.
First, upon entering the establishment its absolutely beautiful inside. Art deco decor, accompanied by some beautiful and delicious dishes are what fills the whole room.

I chose to order the black sea bass with chilies and herbs, baby market potatoes and spinach. The fish was delicate and tender, while the vegetables below it had a sweeter taste.

We chose to finish our meal with a delicious chocolate cake with malted chocolate ganache with toasted marshmallow icing. Such an enjoyable experience and excellent way to de-stress a little bit. Michelin star Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten surely does not disappoint. Thank you for the lovely meal!
