This post is going to be short and sweet since I'm supposed to be running a race tomorrow morning! I just wanted to share the beautiful and delicious food I got the opportunity to try today! After a long day of traveling from my university to my race location I felt the need for a good lunch. After wandering through Disney Springs, we happened upon Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill. The menu looked delicious and exterior looked beautiful, so we were pulled inside.

Garden of Eden

I started off with the Garden of Eden cocktail which comprised of vodka, tea, lemon, and mint. It was a beautiful and refreshing mix of citrus flavors to aide in our recovery from the Florida heat.

Fennel Sausage Pizza

Onto the main dish! For my main course I decided to try the fennel sausage pizza topped with pickled peppers, rapini, and basil pesto. However, it didn't seem fitting to start off our vacation without also having something sweet to round out the meal.

Chocolate Sundae

We ended our meal by sharing a chocolate sundae. It was a sweet combination of marshmallows, devils food cake, and chocolate cookie gelato. Such a delicious meal and excellent start to the vacation. Now off to sleep to get ready to run tomorrow.
