Rakkii Ramen in Bethlehem, PA

Need a cozy way to warm up in all this cold weather? Our go to is ramen! Rakkii Ramen is a new restaurant in Bethlehem, PA. We decided to go try out their menu during their soft opening to see what all the hype is about! During our meal we enjoyed some Sukiyaki Udon.
This udon consisted of: soy dashi broth, marinated shaved beef, tofu. scallions, sweet mushrooms, and nappa cabbage. My personal favorite part of the dish was the sweet mushrooms, I've never tasted anything like them. They were almost candy-like and added a nice contrast to the dish. Then, once we'd slurped down our noodles, we decided we needed to try the dessert. We couldn't agree on one dessert so we decided to try two. (You can never have too many sweets...)
The Matcha Cake used mocha mascarpone mousse, candied ginger, berry compote and fresh yuzu whipped cream. Together these ingredients created a moist and yet refreshing cake.
The Black Sesame Panna Cotta used black sesame pudding, ginger infused maple syrup, toasted coconut shavings, berries, green tea cake crumbles and fresh yuzu whipped cream. Which created a creamy and flavorful dessert with a strong maple syrup flavor. I highly recommend checking out Rakkii Ramen for yourself and I look forward to seeing what they'll do going forward.
